Joseph Putrino IV, Photo Editor
Joe has been a member of the Lantern since his Freshman year at Strongsville High School. His passion for photography began in middle school when he laid his hands on a camera for the very first time when he was a part of the morning announcements crew. His freshman year he was a photographer for The lantern by photographing the school plays and editing promotional videos to further be featured on the SHS Morning Announcements. After his freshman year he was given the opportunity to join the executive board as the Photo Editor. Throughout Joe’s high school years, he has been a part of the SHS Yearbook Staff as a Staff Photographer and the Livestream-Broadcast Crew as an Executive Videographer. He also is a committed percussionist in the SHS Wind Ensemble and Symphony Orchestra. Outside of those groups, he is on the SHS Drumline for the SHS Marching Mustangs Band and has previously been involved in both Jazz Bands, Rhythmology: the yearly percussion only show, and now the newly established SHS Indoor Percussion Marching Arts group. Outside of school he owns and operates his own Multi-Media Production Company, Putrino Productions, LLC as a DJ, Photographer, and Videographer. He has DJed many events, taken many landscapes and portraits of many all over North-Eastern Ohio. Joe loves to be a part of The Lantern because of how nice and cooperative everyone is to work with and be around and he looks forward to being a part of this great group of people for his remaining years at Strongsville High School.
